Supporting FE & Skills training organisations with their internal quality arrangements and systems.  Working together to develop an whole organisational approach and rick culture of quality education services.   Support can include -

* Longitudinal quality cycle 

* Ongoing Advice & guidance 

* Lesson visits 

* Sample checking and deep dives

* Developing robust plans for quality improvement, moderation and standardisation

* Ensuring robust Governance arrangements  

AMFE Compliance 

Supporting providers with understanding & implementing DfE, ESFA  & MCA contractual requirements and systems required to meet compliance arrangements (DAS, FE Choices, FIS, Hub etc) – including On-going maintenance of RoATP. FRM & PDSAT

Developing internal audit criteria and supporting colleagues to be alert to and responsive of audit change plus developing reporting structures that capture all the required information for Ofsted, DfE, ESFA, MCA, finance, performance management and QAR. FRM & PDSAT

Completing internal sample audits to ensure robust evidence base, meeting the requirements of funding rules, ILR specification and PDSAT

AMFE Curriculum 

Working with provider staff to review & enhance the curriculum intent, implementation and impact– including linking with the learner’s journey and the key performance measures to ensure impact, progress and knowledge development can be evidenced. Asking critical questions and review curriculum delivery to develop robust processes
& ensure provider of choice for employers & learners – diversifying provision to meet changing demands from employers

 

 

 

AMFE Data 

Supporting FE & skills providers with their data needs, such as reporting structures, utilising local information and datasets, LMI,  local risks. alignment to Local skills improvement plan findings and how to use the priorities and themes to support business engagement and development.

  

AMFE Equality, Diversity, Inclusion & Sustainable Development 

Ensuring well being of staff & learners is monitored & captured and Inclusion practices support all learners, communities and vulnerabilities.  Developing a culture of inclusion, access, well-being and learner centred learning environment.   

Developing robust plans, strategy and teaching & learning strategies that add value to delivery of post-16 education programmes. 

Working with providers to review their locality and curriculum to enhance social mobility and targeted support and engagement in SM cold spots.

Supporting the development of internal resources, policies & curriculum plans that are fully inclusive & accessible for the LGBTQ community. adopting the UNESCO Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) strategy and implementing it into our curriculum, leadership, and Governance arrangements with providers. We have a dedicated Green & Sustainable Development Ambition aimed at FE & skills providers – the first of its kind by a regional network, supported by a dedicated health check that acts as a self-assessment and implementation plan to aid providers on their internal response to sustainable development covering areas
including – teaching & Learning, Operations, Partnership & people
